Job summary

Renovation Rewind in Douglas, AZ is seeking an experienced Unit Turn & Renovation Specialist to complete full apartment renovations and prepare units for move-in. This hands-on role requires broad construction trade skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include demolition, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and fixture installation, as well as basic plumbing and electrical work, while keeping the site safe and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment renovations, unit turns, residential remodeling, or construction.
• Must be skilled in multiple trades and capable of completing a full unit renovation.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation and own tools.
• Must be physically capable of performing construction-related duties and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete full apartment unit turns and renovations from start to finish.
• Demolition and removal of existing materials.
• Drywall installation, repair, texture, and patching.
• Interior painting and finish work.
• Flooring and carpet installation/replacement.
• Window and door replacement.
• Baseboards, trim, closet rods, shelving, and finish carpentry.
• Cabinet, countertop, vanity, and backsplash installation.
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs/installations.
• Appliance and fixture installation.
• Complete final punch-list items and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and meet project deadlines.
