Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years of related construction experience and ability to use tools.
• Must possess a current Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remodel and turnover of assigned locations including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and drywall.
• Perform routine construction, installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and comply with local building codes.
• Install walls, cabinets, countertops and related fixtures; perform drywall work and painting.
