Responsibilities

• Complete apartment renovations and unit turns to move-in readiness.
• Install/repair drywall, interior painting, flooring, trim, and cabinets.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical work within remodel scope.
• Communicate project progress with supervisors and Property Managers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
