• Provide guidance for development and implementation of grant programs (e.g., Empty Glass Transportation Grant, etc.).
• Set goals and objectives, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage fiscal and administrative responsibilities of the Unit.
• Travel up to 5% overnight, not to exceed 10% per year.
