Job description

Job Summary: The Unit Secretary assists with the day-to-day operations of various clinical areas within the hospital. The incumbent retrieves and orders data from computer systems, maintains patient charts and records, and processes forms and paperwork for the unit. They facilitate the flow of information between physicians, nursing staff, and others concerning patient care, and perform other job-related duties as requested.

Specifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional specialized training preferred. Well-organized individual with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in the English language required.
