Job summary

CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Partnership with Select Medical is seeking a Unit Secretary in Ozark, Missouri. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday with every other weekend, from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, offering compensation of $17.64–$21.50 per hour based on experience.

The role supports the nursing unit through clerical duties, chart organization, and timely communication of information. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of clerical experience in a medical setting and a High School

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills required.
• A minimum of 1 year of clerical experience in a medical setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical functions for the nursing unit, including record keeping, maintenance of logs and chart organization.
• Notifies the nursing staff and/or nurse manager of pertinent patient information, including orders and test results.
