Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Unit Secretary is preferred.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• 1–3 months of customer service experience.
• Legible penmanship.
• Knowledge of medical symbols, abbreviations and terminology.

• Provide administrative support to nursing staff, including answering phones, transferring calls, and relaying messages.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, including patient charts and medical records.
• Perform scheduling, filing, and data entry as assigned by the nursing staff.
