Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the nursing staff, including answering phones, transferring calls, and relaying messages
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, including patient charts and medical records
• Perform various clinical and non-clinical tasks as assigned by the nursing staff, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control standards and policies
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Unit Secretary preferred
• Long term care experience preferred
• 1-3 months previous working experience, customer service
