Organizes the activities of the nursing unit by performing clerical, receptionist, and support duties, and maintaining the physical environment of the unit. Ensures adequate supplies and equipment to provide care to patients, facilitates efficient bed turnover, coordinates transportation needs for inter-hospital transports, and maintains comprehensive medical records for each patient.
