Qualifications

Job Description:

The PM I is a front-line, supervisory opportunity with responsibility for oversight and direction of the direct patient care for our patient residents. The PM I will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 20-25 bed unit in a 24/7 residential treatment facility. This role will ensure appropriate staffing, employee engagement, retention, and the upkeep of the unit all while providing high-quality care to the children or adolescent patients in a therapeutic setting. The PM I will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for both staff and patients. The PM I ensures the safety and well-being of the residents while supporting the therapeutic milieu.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
    One to three (1-3) years of experience in a residential treatment setting or working with adolescents preferred
    High School Graduate/ GED
  • Vocational/Technical School Graduate
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Essential Physical Requirements: Medium demand, mentally and physically requiring walking, sitting, standing, occasional bending, reaching and lifting, with ability to participate in crisis intervention techniques with patients requiring physical control. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
