Program Manager, CMC and Tech Transfer - Fully remote

I am partnering with an innovative biotechnology company specializing in bringing T-cell therapy programs into clinical development, seeking a Program Manager, CMC & Tech Transfer to play a pivotal role in advancing their pipeline and managing CMC projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this individual will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless technology transfer and manufacturing activities with US-based CDMOs. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for cell therapy development. Must be fluent in Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and oversee CMC and tech transfer activities for T-cell therapy programs, ensuring efficient execution with external CDMO partners.
• Develop, track, and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with corporate and regulatory milestones.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including process development, regulatory, and manufacturing teams, to ensure successful scale-up and commercialization.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that program objectives are met within scope and timeline.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment between internal teams and external partners, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and present progress updates to senior leadership, identifying key challenges and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of program management experience within biotech industries, specifically in CMC and technology transfer.
• Strong understanding of T-cell therapy and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience working with CDMOs on technology transfer, scale-up, and manufacturing activities.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate complex projects, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience in program management is a plus.
