NexCare Health is seeking a Unit Manager RN for the Dimondale Nursing Care Center in Dimondale, MI. You will oversee a nursing unit within the center’s 24-hour operation and ensure high-quality care for all residents, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

You will conduct rounds, mentor staff, and ensure reporting and compliance. Must be an experienced RN with supervision background; Michigan licensure and CPR-BLS are required. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have current RN license in the state of Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and improve quality of care.

• Team player with dedication to supporting colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of an assigned unit within the center’s 24-hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality clinical care for all residents. How you will help people every day:

• You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
• You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.

Qualifications that you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:
