Exeter Center, part of Genesiscareers, is seeking a Unit Manager (RN or LPN) for a full-time 40-hour week in Exeter, NH. Lead nursing staff, ensure safe patient care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include supervising medication management, coordinating training with the Nurse Educator, and delivering direct care as needed; require LPN or RN licensure and at least one year in nurse management, plus BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Must have at least one year of nurse management experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and provide safe nursing care.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs of staff and develop training with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management to ensure adequate supplies and policy adherence.
• Provide direct patient care alongside other unit nurses to maintain clinical skills.
