Genesis Administrative Services LLC in Exeter, NH is seeking a Unit Manager licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift role. The position focuses on delivering compliant, high-quality patient care while supporting nursing staff and ensuring safety on the unit.

Responsibilities include coordinating nursing coverage with the Director of Nursing, supervising staff, and overseeing medication management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state.
• Must have at least one year of nurse management experience.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage to provide safe nursing care.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs of the staff and develop training with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management to ensure adequate supplies and that all medications are handled in accordance with company policy.
• Provide direct patient care along with the other unit nurses to maintain skills.
