Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in GA in good standing.
• Experience supervising RN/LPNs, CNAs and medication aides preferred.
• Strong communication with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of medications and treatments and oversee RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
• Complete required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes to ensure safety and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living for residents.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of care and treatments.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
