Job summary
Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an experienced LPN/Unit Manager to lead our nursing unit and uphold quality patient care. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with care plans and physician orders.
Active Georgia RN or LPN license is required, with prior rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, a 401k, and PTO, in a supportive team
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN or LPN license is required.
- Prior working experience in Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting is preferred.
- Ability to direct and motivate a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient needs, provide care and guidance.
- Observe and interpret patient symptoms, communicate with physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures and maintain accurate patient charts.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders.
