Job summary

Harborview Rome seeks a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to lead nursing staff, supervise meds and treatments, and oversee CNAs and Medication Aids. You will conduct admissions and routine resident assessments, monitor conditions, and respond to changes to maintain safety and comfort.

Active RN/LPN license in good standing is required. Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory. We offer top pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Complete required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Support activities of daily living and assist as needed.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
