Job summary

Glenwood Health Center by Harborview in Tennessee is seeking a Unit Manager - RN to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care in a compassionate, faith-based setting. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, ensure accurate assessments, and maintain clear documentation.

This role emphasizes safety, infection control, effective communication with families and interdisciplinary teams, and support for daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.

What You Will Do
