Job summary

AristaCare Health Services in Plainfield, NJ seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to oversee care management for a patient population within a facility. You will supervise nursing staff, perform the nursing process, and coordinate interdisciplinary care in line with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license in New Jersey, has at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, and has training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.
