Lanier Rehab is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team in a long-term care setting. Join a leadership-driven environment focused on growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in nursing (ASN) or PN diploma required.
• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience; sub-acute or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore health of resident patients.
• Serve as main point of contact between residents and families.
• Address and prevent concerns from family members.

Responsibilities of an RN Unit Manager:

Qualifications for an RN Unit Manager:
