Lanier-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking an LPN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents, ensuring health maintenance and family communication. You will collaborate with leadership and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and coordinate with families to address concerns.

The role requires a Practical Nursing Diploma, active LPN licensure, and 1+ year nursing experience, preferably in sub-acute or long-term care settings.

Competenze

• Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
