Raleigh Rehabilitation Center in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care on our sub-acute and long-term care units and coordinate closely with residents and their families. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and delivering compassionate, high‑quality patient care in a clean, well-equipped environment, with opportunities for development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
