Southern HealthCare Management in Florida is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations in our long-term care setting. You will oversee resident health, act as the main liaison with families, and address concerns promptly.

Requirements include ASN or higher or Practical Nursing Diploma, active RN or LPN license in the state, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with sub-acute or long-term care preferred.

• ASN or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required
• Clear and active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice required
• One (1+) year nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care preferred
