Job summary

NHC HealthCare Pulaski is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Unit Manager RN. This role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit, supports nursing partners, and helps ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients and residents.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact license that permits practice in TN.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing leadership is preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned unit.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care.
• Review changes in condition and ensure timely clinical follow-up.
• Coach, support, and provide direction to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor documentation, medication and treatment practices, and compliance with nursing standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, interdisciplinary team members, patients, residents, and families.
• Support staffing, workflow, quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness activities.
• Promote a culture of compassionate care, teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.

NHC HealthCare Pulaski is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Unit Manager RN. This role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit, supports nursing partners, and helps ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients and residents.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned unit.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care.
• Review changes in condition and help ensure timely clinical follow-up.

Sign-On Bonus
