Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing as a Unit Manager/Director - RN within an assigned unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, positive clinical outcomes, and satisfaction of patients/residents, families, and employees.
• Lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination, and nursing care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, policies, and complies with standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources in the unit, including staffing, recruiting, orientation, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Posted Salary Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 per year
