• Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up
• Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance to state and federal guidelines
• Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility
• Work directly with Administrator, Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing Services, and other Unit Manager
