National Health Care Associates Brentwood seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing unit in Yarmouth, ME. You will lead and mentor a team of nurses, develop care plans, and ensure quality, compassionate resident care.

Sign‑on bonus of $4,000 is offered along with competitive pay, strong shift differentials, robust benefits, paid training, tuition reimbursement, and 32+ hours per week minimum.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staffing, scheduling and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.

What You'll Do:

Unit Manager covers two units, Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing unit

• Over sees 2 Charge nurses

* $4K sign on bonus *

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Rate of Pay: USD $40.00 - USD $46.00 /Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
