National Health Care Associates, Inc. Brentwood affiliate is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing staff on a dedicated Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing unit at 370 Portland Avenue, Yarmouth, ME. You will lead care planning, supervise operations, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being and ensure compliance. A $4,000 sign-on bonus and strong benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

* Unit Manager covers two units, Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing unit *

* $4K sign on bonus *

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit

Rate of Pay

USD $40.00 - USD $46.00 /Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
