Qualifications

• ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• 1+ years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
