Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and act as the primary liaison between residents, families, and the facility leadership.

Requirements include an active RN or LPN license in North Carolina and ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma, with 1+ year LTC/Sub-Acute nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or above in Nursing (ASN or Diploma) is required.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice required.
• At least 1+ year nursing experience; LT/Sub-Acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as the main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
