Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma
• Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice
• 1+ years of nursing experience, with preferred experience in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care

Additional Requirements:
