A Day in the Life

Provide detailed technical support for peripheral products and procedures to a clinical base including physicians, nurses, and technicians. Support sales reps with coverage for critical cases, primarily focusing on cases requiring technical support for safe and effective product use.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and technical support and education to Medtronic customers in PAD treatment.
  • Assist Sales Reps and District Managers with cases and physicians needing technical support.
  • Educate on clinical results and efficacy of our portfolio.
  • Support regional sales strategies, inventory, technical case support, and market development activities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling for last-minute technical support.
  • Support education and sharing of best practices within the team.
  • Participate in BU activities like training, PO collection, and inventory management.

Must Have - Basic Qualifications:

  • H.S. Degree with 6+ years of experience, OR
  • Associate degree with 4+ years, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in healthcare, sales support, management, project management, or military experience with honorable discharge.

Nice to Have - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medical device industry.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel domestically over 50%.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds, sit/stand/walk 6-8 hours daily, operate a vehicle, and wear PPE.
