Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for an acute care facility in Macon, GA. This full-time role manages a team of four CNAs and two RNs across a 280-bed unit. The position runs M-F, with 8-hour shifts and is located on-site.

You will report to the on-site ADON, with immediate hire and comprehensive benefits including a 401k match, PTO, sick time, and disability coverage. Stipends are paid, supporting a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting is required.
