Job summary

The Reservoir Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Marlborough, MA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee the nursing staff within a dedicated unit and ensure delivery of high-quality care for residents.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop care plans, supervise daily operations, and mentor staff while aligning with regulatory standards to support resident well-being and a compassionate, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid state RN nursing license.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Rate of Pay

USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.

What You’ll Bring:
Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:
  • Valid state RN nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
