National Health Care Associates' Brentwood facility in Yarmouth, ME is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee two units (Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing). You will lead nursing staff, develop care plans, and coordinate daily operations to ensure high-quality resident care and a positive work environment.

The role requires an active RN license; supervisory experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.

What You'll Do:

Unit Manager covers two units, Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing unit

• Over sees 2 Charge nurses

* $4K sign on bonus *

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Rate of Pay

USD $40.00 - USD $46.00 /Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
