Responsibilities

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll lead and support the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll work directly with team members to provide compassionate, professional care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the State Board of Nursing; experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating services to optimize resident and patient experience
