Willow Terrace is a 174-bed skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation and long-term healthcare services. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our residents by providing excellent care and services with skill and compassion. We seek like-minded professionals dedicated to providing quality care in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.

We have an excellent opportunity for Unit Managers, Nursing Supervisors, and/or Resident Care Coordinators with a current Registered Nurse license from Pennsylvania, experience in long-term care and nursing management, and the ability to lead a nursing team focused on providing excellent care and services according to regulations, policies, and procedures.

This position requires both administrative leadership and clinical expertise to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and limit overtime and agency use.
  2. Auditing new admissions within 24 hours for proper documentation and initial care planning.
  3. Consulting on discharge planning with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  4. Developing, implementing, and evaluating protocols and standards for the unit.
  5. Participating in quality improvement activities and interdisciplinary meetings.
  6. Assuming nursing administrative duties during weekends and holidays as needed.
  7. Providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff.
  8. Teaching and evaluating nursing skills and identifying staff educational needs.
  9. Assisting staff with daily routines and assessments as needed.
Position Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership, management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • At least 2 years managing a skilled nursing unit or team in long-term care or rehabilitation.
  • Proficiency with PointClickCare or similar systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Current Pennsylvania RN license.
  • BSN preferred.
