Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Florida seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead a dedicated care team in a sub-acute/long-term care setting. You will oversee resident health, coordinate between families and staff, and ensure high-quality daily operations.

Responsibilities Of An RN Unit Manager

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
