Southern HealthCare Management in Florida is seeking a qualified RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations in a sub-acute/long-term care setting. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure resident health and family communication, while promoting a growth-minded team culture.

The role requires an ASN or higher in Nursing, active RN or LPN licensure in the state, and at least 1 year of LTC experience.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing (ASN or PN Diploma).
• Clear and active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• One year (1+) of nursing experience, with LTC/Sub-Acute preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Serving as a main point of contact between residents and families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
