We rely on and trust our Unit Manager (RN) to provide independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising staff such as Licensed Practical Nurses and Care Specialists (CNAs). Supervision may extend to other nurses, including RNs.

Qualifications
  • Current RN license in practicing state.
  • Current CPR certification; certification must be obtained within 90 days if not already held.
  • Recent clinical experience or education specific to geriatrics.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance.
