Job summary

Paradigm-At-the-Prairies is seeking a Unit Manager to oversee daily operations and clinical oversight of a designated nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care. You will lead and mentor staff, coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers, and support families in care planning.

You will monitor care quality, manage staffing and training, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain safety and infection control measures.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
• BLS certification.
