Riverside, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking an RN Unit Manager for day shift at our East Hartford unit. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality of care, and foster a positive work environment for residents and families.

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
