Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager at The Pines at Poughkeepsie to oversee nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care in a cushioned, supportive environment.

The role requires an active RN license, prior supervisory experience in long-term care, and a patient-centered approach. The position is full-time, typically Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and some weekend duties as needed.

What You'll Do:

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

* We are seeking a candidate with long-term care experience and previous unit manager experience. Experience in dementia and memory care is preferred.

* This is a full-time, salaried position, working Monday through Friday, with some weekends required as needed. The position also requires participation in the on-call rotation.

Rate of Pay

Up to USD $104,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:

• Valid state RN nursing license
