Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. in East Hartford, CT seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for every other Sunday 8pm-8am to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure high-quality resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee daily operations, staff assignments, and care plans, while mentoring nurses and collaborating with the care team. Valid state nursing license required; advanced degree or certification preferred.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

• Valid state nursing license
