Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Support infection control practices and quality assurance initiatives
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to promote a strong clinical team

The Unit Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of an assigned unit, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care.
