Responsibilities:
  • Oversee nursing and wound care departments as an Unit Manager (RN).
  • Supervise activities performed by nursing staff in your assigned nursing home.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of care provided by your team.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher; Master's preferred.
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least three years of experience as a nursing manager or supervisor in long-term care.
Compensation:

$85,000 annually
