Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing by managing the delivery of high-quality care within an assigned unit, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction among patients, residents, families, and staff.
• Lead, coordinate, and oversee nursing and patient/resident care operations for the unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or university.
