Job summary

The Springs of Batesville seeks an experienced RN to join its nursing leadership team as Unit Manager. This full-time role directs daily nursing activities in accordance with state rules and facility policies, ensuring high standards of resident care.

You will lead schedule coordination, supervise staff, and participate in administrative duties while on-call. The Springs offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, and daily pay, with compensation

Qualifications

• Valid Unencumbered Arkansas RN Nursing License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience directing nursing activities and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Be on call and responsible for scheduling nursing staff.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
