The Springs of Pine Bluff is seeking a dedicated RN to join as Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing. This role drives nursing operations, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with long-term care standards in a premier skilled nursing facility located at 6301 South Hazel St, Pine Bluff, AR.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid Arkansas nursing license, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
