Volare Health, LLC in Roseburg, OR is seeking an experienced LPN to join as Unit Manager, directing daily nursing unit operations and supervising a clinical team to ensure the highest standard of resident care.

The role requires current LPN licensure, strong supervisory skills, and knowledge of long-term care practices. You will coordinate care plans, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with leadership to deliver compassionate, safe, and effective care.

Competenze

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices and procedures and relevant regulations.
• Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other health care facility required.

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay Range: $81,348.00 - $114,774

Locations: Roseburg, OR at Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Summary

The Unit Manager will direct the daily functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long term care facilities, and as may be directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.
• Previous experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or other health care related facility required.
